Speed
Scale 1–15
How fast the disc needs to be thrown to fly correctly. Beginners should start with speed 1–7. Higher speed requires more arm power.
Glide
Scale 1–7
How long the disc stays in the air. Higher glide means more distance with less effort. Great for beginners.
Turn
Scale −5 to +1
How much the disc turns right (for right-hand backhand) at high speed. 0 to −3 is friendly for beginners. More negative = more understable.
Fade
Scale 0–6
How hard the disc hooks left at the end of flight. 0–2 is easiest for beginners. High fade makes discs harder to control.
